Easy hand-crank operation. Our clamp-on meat tenderizer has a removable orange plastic top cover to protect users from the moving parts so they don't get injured. The opening measures 4 inches by a 1/2 inch and accepts up to a 1/2 inch thick piece of meat. Disassembles for easy cleanup, hand wash only.
