Overview

Enaimco is looking for an energetic, adaptable, and product-focused Customer Success (Onboarding) to join our team in St. John’s, Newfoundland. This on-site role is all about driving a seamless, high-impact first experience for our clients as they begin their journey with Enaimco’s Operational Twin software. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new users, configuring client applications, managing data loading and implementation workflows, and ensuring rapid product adoption across teams.

This is a multi-faceted role for someone who thrives on variety, is a natural problem-solver, and enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll work across teams, engage directly with clients, and be instrumental in setting the tone for long-term customer success. Experience in SaaS, customer onboarding, and implementation is key, and you should love working in a fast-moving, agile environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is everything.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Take the lead on onboarding new clients into the Enaimco platform, ensuring a smooth, positive, and value-driven experience.
  • Understand client processes and tailor the onboarding journey to their specific use cases and needs.
  • Configure client environments, load and structure data, and ensure systems are ready for use.
  • Manage implementation timelines and communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client-side stakeholders during onboarding.

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Build strong working relationships with client users, understanding their challenges and ensuring quick wins in platform adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and projects teams to align implementation with real-world usage and priorities.
  • Provide training, product walkthroughs, and early support to maximize initial user engagement.

Product & Process Enablement

  • Capture client feedback during onboarding and help shape product direction through your frontline insights.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding materials to continually improve the client experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to improve processes, enhance client journeys, and drive efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you’re confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A product-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and improving the user experience.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, and comfortable adapting as priorities shift.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and a drive to make things happen.
