Moya Cahill Joins Enaimco’s Board of Directors
St. John’s, 12th December 2024

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Moya Cahill has joined the Enaimco Board of Directors. With a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and leader, Ms. Cahill has founded, managed, and grown multiple successful ventures.

A professional engineer with a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Ms. Cahill began her career with Norsk Hydro in Norway. She returned to Canada in the early 1990s and founded MNC Group Inc., a project management and engineering firm. In the following years, Ms. Cahill would go on to co-found Pan Maritime Energy Services Inc. and in 2006 became an angel investor, co-founder and CEO of an ocean tech company, PanGeo Subsea Inc. In 2021, Moya sold her company PanGeo to Kraken Robotics, a publicly traded company trading on Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange.

Ms. Cahill has since resumed her role as CEO of Pan Maritime, bringing together the leadership and innovative solutions to deliver cost effective solutions for the energy sector’s low carbon transition. With a career spanning 35 years, she has earned widespread recognition for her leadership and contributions to the energy industry and her community. As a member of the Board, Ms. Cahill will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our offshore wind strategy.

 

 

Enaimco to Showcase Operational Twin Technology at Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Houston
St. John’s, 9th April 2024

Enaimco has announced its participation in the upcoming Offshore Technology Conference (OTCO Houston. The company is set to unveil its Operational Twin technology, designed to optimize subsea operations across the energy industry, from construction to abandonment.

Scheduled from May 6th to 9th, the OTC Houston event will provide a platform for Enaimco to showcase its technology at Booth 2039 within the Newfoundland pavilion.

Enaimco’s Operational Twin is a collaborative SaaS software that optimizes production and allows clients to produce more, with less, throughout the lifecycle of offshore projects. Its comprehensive suite of capabilities enhances efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Enaimco is eager to engage with industry stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation during the event. The company anticipates meaningful discussions and exchanges of ideas that could pave the way for groundbreaking developments in offshore operations.

Enaimco appoints energy industry software leader Pal Roppen as new CEO
St. John’s/Oslo, 1st November 2023

Enaimco, a Canadian headquartered company building digital solutions for subsea operations, has today (1 November, 2023) appointed energy industry software veteran Pal Roppen to the role of CEO. Based in Oslo and reporting to the Enaimco Board of Directors, Pal will assume full responsibility for overall business operations, corporate strategy and growth as Enaimco scales its digital solutions globally in the energy sector.

His appointment comes as Enaimco – an open data solution that enhances decision making and aids troubleshooting for subsea operations – seeks to gain a foothold in key markets across Europe and Asia Pacific, and make a strategic play into the offshore wind space. The company, established in North America, sees significant growth potential for its digital solution as customers across the energy mix attempt to increase efficiencies while
also reducing risk and carbon emissions.

The growth strategy will be underpinned by Pal’s extensive knowledge of how to support customers in unlocking the transformative power of data, enabling them to make mission-critical decisions faster and better. He is an experienced start-up and scale up CEO who has successfully built and sold multiple businesses in the tech sector. As Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of FutureOn, Pal built the business from its inception in 2016 to a world leading energy sector SaaS company. With a unique focus on field design for the subsea sector, by 2023 it was dominating the market with several global oil majors and international engineering companies in its client portfolio.

FutureOn’s SaaS product FieldTwin delivers collaborative data visualization platforms for digitizing workflows to offshore energy customers across subsea life-of-field and project delivery services. Kongsberg Digital recently became the majority shareholder of FutureOn.

Jamie King Joins Enaimco’s Board of Directors
St. John’s, 24th May 2023

Jamie King is a Canadian entrepreneur and technology executive,
best known for his role as co-founder and former CEO of Verafin, a
financial crime management software company based in St. John’s,
Newfoundland and Labrador. Jamie co-founded Verafin in 2003
and led the company through its growth and expansion until its
acquisition by Nasdaq in 2020 for $2.75 billion.

Under Jamie’s leadership, Verafin became a leading provider
of financial crime detection and management solutions to
financial institutions in North America. The company’s
software uses artificial intelligence and machine learning
algorithms to help banks and credit unions detect and prevent
fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.

Prior to co-founding Verafin, Jamie was a software engineer
and consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree
from Memorial University of Newfoundland. In addition to his
work with Verafin, Jamie is also involved in the Newfoundland
and Labrador technology community as an advisor and
mentor to other startups and entrepreneurs.

Simona Agolini Joins Enaimco’s Board of Directors

Enaimco is pleased to announce the appointment of Simona Agolini to its Board of Directors. Simona is based in Dubai, UAE, and is CEO and Co-founder of QIDZ, which is a mobile app that is an all-in-one solution for parents and children looking to find the best activities across leisure, entertainment, F&B, and edutainment across GCC. Prior to discovering her entrepreneurial inner self, Simona spent 15 years in various executive roles in Shell, including Manager Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Director for developing a petrochemicals project in Iraq. Simona speaks no less than 7 languages and has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. We are delighted to welcome Simona, another excellent addition to the Enaimco team.
